what this Event is about
Do you find wound management confusing? Choosing a dressing, not finding what you want in your trolley, the leg ulcer that just won’t heal! Does a more complicated dressing mean better healing outcomes?
Do you know the difference between an arterial and a venous ulcer? What is best practice when should you refer to a specialist?
This workshop focuses on the practical side of managing leg ulcers – how to assess, then how to dress and maybe compress.
The second part of the workshop is all about dressing products. We will also explore some of the most common dressings available and their mode of action and to use these for lower leg ulcers whatever their diagnosis.
“Louise was an amazing presenter. Carnival cruise line never disappoints and so happy it was with this cruise line.”
