    Any changes to the Conference program or information about optional tours will be communicated to the group at the beginning of the first and at the end of the last face to face session of the day.

    As a Conference Attendee, it is your responsibility to make yourself available for these sessions so that you are aware of any changes.

    In the case of an emergency that occurs outside of the Conference program hours, please contact the office.

    • If you are going to attend the session please be on time
    • Don’t interrupt the presenter unless they state they are happy to take questions during the presentation – there is always ample time for questions at some point
    • Please turn your mobile phone off or to silent
    • If you do need to leave the room please do so quickly and quietly
    • If you would like to take photos during the session please seek permission first
